Real Estate Investing - the Next Step
This advanced class will take the experienced investor to the next level. You will learn how to plan for your retirement with real estate, how to determine the income you will need, and how to create wealth. Students will learn to answer such questions as: How long should you hold a property? Should you sell, refinance, exchange or reverse exchange? Commercial real estate, multi-family, office buildings, retail, and triple net leases will be discussed. A two hour personalized meeting is included.
