During this class you will review the "do's" and "don'ts" of dealing with tenants and find out how inexpensive professional property management can be. This class will cover the following topics: how to evict tenants, maintaining a pool of qualified service people, why a good lease is your best friend, how to keep your property rented when others have vacancies, and a review of Fair Housing Laws.
