About Me.  After 20 years developing Information Solutions for a Fortune  500 Technology company, it was time for a change.  So, I retired early and began another career in Real Estate Investing.  A decade later, half of which serving as a licensed realtor, I now manage a sizable portfolio accumulated using the skills that I now teach to clients.  Consulting, mentoring and negotiating are among my favorite real estate pursuits.  As your broker/consultant, I will put to work considerable talent, tools, and market research while serving as a ferocious advocate on your behalf.
